Located near major attractions, perfect for sightseeing. The happy hour with drinks and light bites was a nice touch. Breakfast area is too small; expect long waits and limited seating. Elevators can be incredibly slow during peak hours.

The happy hour was a nice touch, with free drinks and snacks. Breakfast seating was chaotic, not enough tables for guests.

Comfortable stay, comfortable environment with a clean layout and a spacious King room featuring floor-to-ceiling windows that offered a lovely city view.
All was perfect.

The staff was friendly and fixed our broken toilet quickly. Unfortunately, the shower door wouldn't stay closed, making it a hassle.

Fantastic spot! Super close to Times Square and the Empire State Building. Breakfast was tasty with tons of options, and the staff were really friendly. We even got a whole floor opened for us to eat! Just wish the elevators moved a bit faster, especially during the busy breakfast hours.

Great location. A central hub for exploring main attractions easily. Staff were mostly accommodating and friendly, especially Adam and Alan. Breakfast offered a rich buffet, yet peak hours pose challenges—limited seating and food shortages. Two rude staff members detracted from the experience. One, a supervisor, displayed unprofessionalism and a lack of basic courtesy. Disappointing. Room issues arose, from incorrect assignments to delays in resolving simple requests. The $30 nightly allowance was a bonus, but clarity on its use is needed. Amid the hiccups, I had an unforgettable vacation. With a few adjustments, this hotel could elevate to excellence. Looking forward to a return, hoping for smoother service.

The room was spacious, which is a rarity in this city. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring restful nights. I had a street-side room, and while it was a bit noisy at times, that’s expected in such a vibrant area. Temperature control was effective, keeping the space cozy. I appreciated having a fridge and microwave, practical amenities for convenience. The cleanliness was satisfactory, though housekeeping is on demand, requiring a request for fresh towels. A lovely view of the Empire State Building added charm. The atmosphere was welcoming, with helpful staff enhancing the experience.

Fantastic location with easy access to major attractions and plenty of dining options nearby. The breakfast had a great variety, especially with made-to-order omelets. Rooms were comfortable and sensibly sized for the area, and the staff, particularly Steven, were friendly and helpful. the elevator situation was frustrating—long waits, especially during breakfast hours. I’m still waiting on a promised tax refund, and communication with the front desk was hit or miss regarding billing discrepancies. the experience had its ups and downs, but the positives made it worthwhile.

What I loved most about my stay was how everything was so close by making it super easy to explore and wander around the city like the Empire State Building just a couple of blocks away Times Square was a mere 10 minute stroll and I could reach Bryant Park in no time plus there were tons of fast food spots and cozy coffee shops just steps from the hotel making it a great spot for grabbing a quick bite or a warm drink after a long day of walking but I did notice that the room could use a little more cleanliness so that’s something to keep in mind.

Embassy Suites by Hilton offers a superb location near Manhattan attractions and a welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast staff, especially Kevin, ensured a clean dining area, and the rooftop bar added a fun touch to our visit. Despite some housekeeping hiccups, I would definitely return.

Every morning we enjoyed a great variety of delicious food. The rooftop bar made for a perfect spot for evening drinks with a stunning view.
It wasn't the cheapest option, but the overall experience was worth it.

I had a seriously frustrating experience at this hotel. They charged us for parking, but we were stuck using a garage. The elevators took forever, and I felt uneasy after someone entered our room and messed with our stuff while we were out!

Alright, so my experience at the Embassy was a mixed bag. Let's start with the good stuff. The room we stayed in was equipped with all the essentials like ironing facilities, which came in handy for getting our outfits presentable. The heating and air conditioning worked well, keeping us comfortable throughout our stay. We also appreciated the tea and coffee facilities in the room, perfect for a quick pick, me, up in the morning. On the flip side, there were areas that needed improvement. The sitting area in our room was a bit cramped, and we would have liked some more space to unwind after a long day of exploring the city. The terrace looked promising, but unfortunately, the garden furniture was a bit worn, out and not very inviting. While the room was clean and tidy, we were a bit disappointed with the lack of free toiletries provided. It's those little touches that can make a guest feel pampered. The flat, screen TV was a nice addition, but the curtains in the room were looking a bit outdated and could use a refresh. We tried out room service during our stay, and while the food was decent, the service was a bit slow. We also took advantage of the dry cleaning service, which was convenient, but a bit on the pricey side. The shops and commercial services in the hotel were convenient for picking up last, minute essentials. One thing we did enjoy was the welcome drink offered upon arrival, a nice gesture that made us feel welcomed. the happy hour offerings were a bit limited, and we ended up exploring other options in the city for our evening drinks. our stay at the Embassy had its highs and lows. It's a decent hotel with some room for improvement in certain areas. We had a comfortable stay, but there were definitely aspects that could be enhanced to elevate the overall experience.

Loved the heist Restaurant & Lounge with global menu. Managed to snag drinks at 4th floor Manager's Reception every evening. Enjoyed the diverse crowd. SkyLawn Bar is a gem!
Spent quality time waiting for the elevator - almost missed my cue for a Broadway show! .

I had a great time during my stay at the hotel. The location was fantastic, close to many attractions and with a lovely bar at the entrance. The room was spacious and well laid out, with the bonus of eggs cooked to order for breakfast. Additionally, the staff provided excellent service and the bed was really comfortable.
There were some downsides to my experience. The breakfast facilities were poor, often chaotic and with food running out.

Great location, close to many attractions in the city and easily accessible by public transportation. The breakfast was decent and the staff at the reception were friendly and welcoming. The rooftop bar and open-air cinema were definite highlights of the stay, providing a unique and enjoyable experience.
Room size was misleading, with a tiny bedroom and a narrow and impractical corridor. The ventilation system was noisy, and the breakfast lacked fresh vegetables and quality meat options.

Spacious room with comfortable beds, clean with disinfectant seal, friendly staff, convenient location for Lower Manhattan.
Felt fine, no complaints whatsoever.

We were thrilled with our room's amazing view of the Empire State Building – truly breathtaking. The daily complementary bar from 5.30-7.30 was a perfect way to unwind, offering free drinks and a mini buffet. The breakfast was excellent – a variety of hot and cold options, including an egg station. I'll recommend this hotel.

The location of Embassy Suites near Times Square was perfect for visiting the iconic landmarks I had on my must-see list. The surprise highlight was the large well-landscaped exterior space, featuring an American Fare menu with a special twist to satisfy the most discerning pallets. The open-air lounge with faux grass and potted trees provided a relaxing retreat, and the Heist bar offered a cozy spot for a nightcap or post-work drink.
Hideous, space-consuming sofa. No luggage trolley available.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic! The balcony area was beautifully arranged, and the room size was perfect, with a comfortable bed and a great selection of movies on the TV. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the daily breakfast was delicious with plenty of hot options. The location was incredibly convenient, close to Macy's and Penn Station. I couldn't have asked for a better hotel experience during my trip to NYC!
Breakfast and afternoon reception tended to get crowded, making it difficult to find seats. Additionally, there were two false fire alarms during my stay, causing inconvenience for guests.
